Standard Return Window
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item. The piece must be returned in its original condition with our hannari tag attached and unremoved. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense for personal-preference returns.
Extended Returns (Special Cases Only)
After 14 days, returns are only accepted in two circumstances: (1) the item is proven counterfeit by the brand via official written documentation, or (2) the item has significant damage that was not disclosed in our listing. In both cases, we cover all costs.
Return Conditions
- Item must be returned in the same condition as received, unworn and unaltered.
- The hannari tag must remain attached. Removal of the tag voids the return.
- For authenticity disputes, a written document from the brand is required (not third-party reports).
- When the return is due to our error or a fault, we cover item cost, outbound shipping, and return shipping in full.
- We will guide you through the exact process once your request is received.
